Founded in 2014, Shanxi Hengtai Ronghe Metal Die Casting Co., Ltd. covers an area of 130 mu with the total capital of ¥ 1 billion. It’s close to the Dayun Highway and Datong-Xi'an High-speed Railway, is the important construction project in Shanxi province. 

There are two projects, one is cast iron production line and aluminum alloy die casting production line. We imported the world advanced static pressure molding line, American medium frequency induction melting furnace, Taiwan CNC machine tool, and German spectrometer and microscope and so on. The main products are truck hubs, brake hubs, four-cylinder’s block and head, six-cylinder’s block and head, flywheel housing, gearbox shell and other auto parts. The annual output is 60,000 tons. We also imported the most advanced die casting machine, machine tool, and testing equipment and so on. We mainly produce the aluminum alloy hubs for small autos, with the annual output of 2.4 million parts. The other project is magnesium alloy production line.

We built auto parts researching projects with Zhengzhou University, Material Engineering College of Taiyuan University of Technology and other colleges. We invited engineers from DFAC and other senior technical staff to work with us. In order to reach the high international standards of auto parts producing, we adopted the latest quality system of TS16949 to manage the company.
